“My wife and I recently purchased two Marvin custom Clad Casement replacement windows and a Therma-Tru entry system from the Annapolis Window & Door Planning Centre. The installation was scheduled for January 9th and 10th 2007, and was to be accomplished by an in-house crew. Over the past 20+ years, we have paid numerous “reputable” contractors to do jobs around our house that returned less than desirable results, so we were both a bit edgy about what to expect from your crew. Well, first off, Richard and Paul arrived on time, as promised – a sigh of relief! After doing a preliminary survey of how to proceed they went straight to work. Both were professional and courteous, as well as conscientious of working in and around an occupied residence. Lest all of the details of the job, these guys knew what needed to be done and how to get it done –impressive! At the conclusion of the first day the replacement materials were in place, the openings made weather-tight, and the job site clean; only trim and finishing details remained. On the second and final day, Gary arrived with Paul and Richard. Together, the three of them worked feverishly to complete the job. At the end of the second day’s work, we were asked to give the completed product a once-over—wow! We were really really happy with everything they had done. The windows were trimmed out better than ever, and the entryway—absolutely stunning! This was one of the first times in many years that I can remember being excited about how well a finished product looked. In addition, I cannot forget to mention Lou Szafarz, who initiated the proceedings from the onset. Lou paid close attention to every detail and always responded to my questions and concerns throughout the entire process. So with that said, I’ll close by saying that this was an exceptionally rewarding experience, and we will only consider your firm for future endeavors of this kind.
